By engaging Triple D Web, LLC for web design and development services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services & Scope

The specific services, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be defined in a mutually signed Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Payment & Timelines

Fees are due according to the schedule in the SOW. The Client is responsible for all direct third-party costs, such as software, hosting, or plugin fees. Project timelines are estimates and rely on timely client feedback and approvals.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all shared information as confidential, including business strategies and performance data.

4. Disclaimer of Guarantees

While we apply our expertise to achieve the best possible results, Triple D Web, LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes like search engine rankings, traffic volume, or revenue results due to external factors. See the disclaimer from Triple D Web, LLC for more details.

5. Limitation of Liability

Triple D Web, LLC's liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding three months. We are not liable for lost profits or other consequential damages.
